The Spring Bar and Restaurant are located in the Mount Pleasant Hotel. Housed in a beautiful Georgian building with stunning views over The Malvern Priory, the restaurant has a traditional look with clothed tables, but still maintains a modern feel.

The Head Chef, Jason, has worked in various establishments around the world, with his military background, preparing traditional bar food and restaurant cuisine. He has taken on board promoting and using local businesses such as award-winning butcher Wallers of Ledbury and vegetable/fruit supplier Total Produce, which enables him to obtain fresh produce daily.
