The Head Chef, Jason, has worked in various establishments
around the world, with his military background, preparing
traditional bar food and restaurant cuisine. He has taken
on board promoting and using local businesses such as
award-winning butcher Wallers of Ledbury and vegetable/fruit
supplier Total Produce, which enables him to obtain fresh
produce daily.
